HOPE Clinic provides comprehensive care for both men and women ages 18 and older. Our focus is on the patient’s well-being through preventative care and management of chronic diseases. We believe in providing preventative care to our patients when they are healthy to help keep them healthy.
Annual Physical Examinations
We offer these important check-ups to keep you healthy. Exams include comprehensive and appropriate preventive screenings as well as routine blood work for such chronic diseases as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, and Hepatitis B.
Chronic Disease Management
If a chronic disease is identified, treatment and management are available within the continuum of care. We can provide early diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and obesity. Group visits may also be available for those who qualify to treat and manage diseases.
Men’s Services
We offer cancer prevention screenings (colorectal, prostate, testicular), screenings for sexually transmitted diseases, screening and treatment for hepatitis B and C, and other routine blood work for diabetes and high cholesterol.
Women’s Services
HOPE Clinic provides cancer prevention screenings (cervical– PAP smears, breast– clinical breast exams and mammography, colorectal), screenings for sexually transmitted diseases, screening and treatment for hepatitis B and C, and other routine blood work for diabetes and high cholesterol.
Acute Care
We are prepared for “sick visits” and the diagnosis of common infections and other non-emergency visits and procedures.
Discounted Lab Work
Conveniently located at each of our sites, our labs allow you to complete your routine blood work and immunizations at a discounted price for those who qualify
Immunizations
Ensure you stay healthy! (discounted immunizations available for those who qualify).
Internal Medicine
We provide treatment for common health issues and chronic diseases.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), HOPE receives HHS funding and Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
HOPE Clinic is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
